MortgageCover+ is a Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance product which has been designed to help Credit Union members to continue to meet their mortgage payments and related outgoings in the event they are unable to work due to an accident, sickness or involuntary unemployment.
The insurance is provided by CUNA Mutual Insurance (Europe) Limited.
MortgageCover+ is a flexible product which has been designed so that you can arrange and only pay for the cover you need.
You can select:
- Accident and Sickness or Involuntary Unemployment cover or both
- The amount of monthly cover you need
- Whether you wish cover in one name only or in joint names
- How long you will wait until a benefit is paid to you if an insured event occurs
- The maximum number of months you will receive benefit for any single claim
The monthly premium you will pay will depend on the options you choose.
