Hear from a member about... saving through payroll deduction

A member since 2009, Gillian first heard about Scotwest through her colleagues, when she joined Strathclyde Fire & Rescue. Having used Scotwest's services for both savings and loans, Gillian is now looking to start saving for her wedding in 2014.

Gillian said:

"I know it is a while until our big day but we need to start putting money away now in order to have the wedding we both want. The wedding service will take place in the UK but we are then going to have our reception in Tenerife as it's our favourite destination".

When looking to finance her big day Gillian is happy to use Scotwest for both savings and loans.

She continued:

"I don't miss the money coming straight off my wages each payday as I know what it is going towards. Scotwest is a great way to save. I've borrowed in the past and currently have a loan that I am paying off. If we need to, we will borrow again for our wedding."
