It was a busy day for the Scotwest Board on Monday with our annual Strategy Day followed by our regular Board meeting.
The Strategy Day saw us discussing plans for the year ahead with the Scotwest Management Team. We discussed the exciting upcoming improvements to our online banking service and the development of our Social Responsibility Charter, the results of last year’s Member Survey and further plans for engaging with Members in the future to get your views on the credit union. Look out for announcements on all of these in the coming months.
