Authority for Payroll Deduction – Set up your regular payment direct from your payroll to your savings or your Scotwest Loan

Amendment to Payroll Deduction – Amend your regular payroll payment.

Withdrawal of Savings – Make a withdrawal from your Scotwest savings account.

Transfer of Savings – Transfer Scotwest savings to other Scotwest accounts.

Next of Kin Nomination – Tell us who to pass your payments to in the event of your death.

Change of Details – Update us with new address, contact or employment details.

Third Party Mandate – Nominate someone to run your Scotwest Accounts for you.

Cancellation of Membership – Tell us if you no longer wish to be a member of Scotwest.
