Once you are registered you will no longer receive annual paper statements from us unless you change your settings on your online account. You can find out more about this decision here. Any member wishing to opt back in can do so via the Personal Details section in Online Banking.

Members can download the Mobile App by typing ‘Scotwest Mobile Banking’ into either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Apple device – Requires iOS 7.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. This app is optimised for iPhone 5.

Android device – Requires Android 2.0 and up.
