Online Banking Upgrade Friday 17 September

Scotwest Online Banking will be unavailable from 4pm on Friday 17 September until 8.30am on Monday 20 September while me make exciting improvements to our system. Please ensure that you make any savings withdrawal requests or applications in plenty of time before then.

On your first visit to online banking from Monday 20 September you will be prompted to verify your log in details – to do this quickly and easily, please ensure your mobile phone number and email address are up to date on your online account before Friday 17 September.

User of the Mobile Banking App should update to the latest version of the app.

 

Members can register for online banking by verifying their details by clicking here.

Simply click on the Verify Details Now button. You will be asked to confirm your identity and set your password. You can watch a video on how to verify your details on Youtube here: https://youtu.be/05I06R_78T0

Once you are registered for online banking you will no longer receive annual paper statements from us unless you change your settings on your online account. You can find out more about this decision here.

 

Online Banking

Helping to making things more convenient:

  • Organise account withdrawals and transfers
  • Submit saving account applications, loan and mortgage applications
  • Join the Scotwest Lottery
  • Set up payroll deduction or direct debit facilities
  • Update personal details
  • Check account balances, recent transactions and online statements

Members who register for online banking are automatically opted out of receiving Annual Paper Statements. Any member wishing to opt back in can do so via the Personal Details section in Online Banking.

Members need to register for Online Banking before they can use the Mobile App.

Mobile App

In what is a streamlined version of Online Banking, the Mobile App allows Members to:

  • Check their balances and transactions
  • View mini statements
  • Transfer money
  • Find out about the latest Scotwest News.

Already registered for Online Banking?

Members can download the Mobile App by typing ‘Scotwest Mobile Banking’ into either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Apple device – Requires iOS 7.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. This app is optimised for iPhone 5.

Android device – Requires Android 2.0 and up.
