As David was on holiday, I had the pleasure of Chairing Monday’s Board meeting. We started with a presentation and discussion around our marketing strategy followed by a discussion on our forthcoming rebranding exercise. We then discussed and approved four reports from our internal auditors, approved two policy updates and reviewed the business performance – a busy agenda!
We are now starting the process of revamping our director’s training regime and I would like to remind every member that they are welcome to put their name forward if they would like to be considered for election: I have been on the Board for just over three years now and have found it a very rewarding experience.
