Scotwest CEO takes role as Stepchange Trustee

Scotwest Credit Union CEO Kenny MacLeod has been appointed as a Trustee with the charity Stepchange.

The UK’s leading debt charity, Stepchange has offices throughout the UK and Ireland. For over 20 years Stepchange has raised awareness of the issues surrounding problem debt and provided valuable debt advice and support.

Taking up his position in July, Kenny said “Stepchange’s mission is to realise a society free from problem debt and Scotwest Credit Union has an ongoing commitment  to the financial well-being of our members is complementary to that. I look forward to contributing an empathetic lender’s perspective to Stepchange’s ongoing important work.”
