Scotwest Banking Platform Upgrade, 6 August 2018

After the successful upgrade of our banking platform, Online Banking is now available. If you have previously saved a bookmark for accessing your account, please log in via the Scotwest website in the first instance. All Mobile App users should shut down and restart the app before accessing accounts.

Members will won’t notice any difference to how the platform looks but it is different behind the scenes. The Scotwest team has been fully trained in using the new platform but we would appreciate members’ patience as it may take slightly longer to deal with your enquiries in the first few days while we get used to using it.
