At last week’s Scotwest board meeting we welcomed back one of our previous Directors Stephen Wood, who was co-opted to the board after Caroline McMichael stood down from her position as Director. We wish her all the best for the future and we look forward to working with Stephen again.
The latest Management Accounts and Loan Book reports were approved as was the latest update to our Business Plan. Updates to various policies were also approved and we were pleased with the latest report from our internal auditors. Finally, we were delighted to approved a new product for our Members. Look out for news on the Scotwest Green Car Loan in the coming weeks!
