Our Annual Statements for the past year have now been posted to members who have not opted out of receiving them.
Last year’s statements cost approximately £18000 to produce and post and used close to 130,000 sheets of paper! We think this money would be better served in increasing your dividend payment
every quarter and investing in new products and services for all our members.
Opting out of receiving these Annual Statements is easy! If you are already registered for Online Banking click on ‘Personal Details’ in your ‘Profile’ tab of the sidebar menu and select ‘Yes’ on the Opt Out Of Paper Statements menu. Registering for Online Banking means you can get a statement at any time and download our Mobile App to manage your accounts on the go.
