At Monday night’s Board Meeting we approved the 2018-19 Accounts and proposed changes to the Scotwest Rule Book in preparation for our Annual General Meeting.
The Board also discussed and welcomed the proposed changes to credit union capital requirements being made by our regulator the PRA, which are aimed at encouraging the growth of credit unions within the financial sector.
The Nominations Committee met prior to the meeting to discuss the ongoing Directors’ Training as well as the upcoming nominations for election at the Annual General Meeting.
