Scotwest Board Meeting and Strategy Day, Monday 21 August.

On Monday 21 August the Board got together for its annual strategy day. The main theme of the day was to develop a long term vision for Scotwest and, in doing so, we considered, not only the environment in which we operate, but also our values and the results of the Members’ survey. We will now bring this together next month in our 2017/18 business strategy and budgets.

The strategy session was followed by normal Board meeting at which we approved some updates to policies and agreed a new partnership with Inverclyde Council (to follow in the coming months).

After all that, the Board went out for dinner, which was a chance for me to thank on your behalf them for all their hard work during the year.
