In accordance with governance best practice, last night’s Board meeting was the annual “director only” meeting. The Board met with Johnson Carmichael, who provide our internal audit service, and Scotwest’s Compliance Officer in order to receive reports and approve plans. We also agreed the agenda for our forthcoming strategy day, which will be held in advance of the August Board meeting.
