We are delighted to announce that Home-Start Glasgow South (HSGS) is the latest organisation to receive a Scotwest Community Award after being nominated by Scotwest Member Julie Balfour. HSGS is a charity based and operating across the Southside of Glasgow, providing vital support to children up to 8 years old and their families, empowering them to cope with the impact of a variety of issues including poor mental health, poverty, isolation, poor housing, and perinatal support. The Award will play for new items for their much-needed Warm Place which runs in Pollokshaws Burgh Hall. Find out more about the award and how it will be used here.
