How does it work?

• Existing Members can open their Fixed Term Savings Account by calling 0141 227 2390 (new applicants can join online here then call to open their account)
• Deposit your lump sum savings between £2,000 to £84,999 within ten business days of opening your account
• Sit back and watch your savings grow!

Things to remember

You can only make one deposit to open this account. You cannot make further deposits over the 1 year term.

No withdrawals can be made unless you close your account or cancel your membership with Scotwest. In which case your savings will be returned to you without any interest accrued.

You can only have a maximum of £85,000 in savings across all your Scotwest Accounts at any one time (this includes £1 in  your Scotwest Saver Account to continue your Membership of the Credit Union.

IN ORDER TO BE PAID YOUR 5% INTEREST YOUR SAVINGS MUST REMAIN UNTOUCHED IN THE ACCOUNT FOR THE 1 YEAR TERM OF THE ACCOUNT.
