Scotwest Banking Platform Upgrade
As part of the continued development of Scotwest, we are upgrading our banking platform. To carry out this work, online and mobile banking will be unavailable from:
4pm on Friday 3 August until 8.30am on Monday 6 August

If you have previously saved a bookmark for online banking on your browser, from Monday 6 August members should log in directly from this website using the link above in the first instance and then reset the bookmark.
Users of the Scotwest Mobile App are advised to shutdown the app completely and restart again before using for the first time following our banking platform upgrade on Monday 6 August.
Please remember to keep your Scotwest details safe. We will never contact you asking for user names or passwords, even during the planned upgrade to our banking platform. If you receive any requests of this nature, please do not respond or open any links or attachments.
You won’t notice any difference in how the platform looks after the upgrade takes place but it will be different behind the scenes. The Scotwest team have been fully trained in using the new platform but we would appreciate your patience as it may take slightly longer to process your requests or answer your enquiries in the first few days while we get used to using it.
