At a busy board meeting last Monday we received an update on our investment portfolio and approved the latest management accounts as well as the budget for the new financial year in addition to a variety of updated policies. We received a report on the ongoing tender process for our new internal auditor, and also our annual money laundering report from our Compliance and Risk Manager.
We were sad to say goodbye to two of our Directors, Barry Douglas and Paul Leonard who, due to other commitments are no longer able to continue as Scotwest Directors.
Our 2022 Annual General Meeting will take place online on Monday 5 December and I would encourage Members to tune in if they can. Look out for announcements with more details in the coming days.
