The easy way to manage your Scotwest accounts just got easier!
You may notice that we’ve made a few changes to the website and thanks to feedback from our Annual Members Survey, we have made logging into online accounts much simpler.
From Friday 18 December, members registered for online banking can access their accounts safely and securely without the need to log into a Member’s area simply by clicking on the Access Online Banking link at the top of any page on our website.
Please remember that:
1. Scotwest will NEVER ask you, via email, telephone or in person, to divulge your internet banking login password. Your password is like the PIN for your bank card – it controls access to your account(s) and should
never be revealed to anyone.
2. You can check that you are linked safely and securely to Scotwest internet banking by:
• Checking for the locked padlock symbol located in the top right corner of your browser
• Clicking on the locked padlock symbol to check the certificate.
