After careful consideration and monitoring of usage, we have made the decision to permanently close the Stirling branch of Scotwest Credit Union on Wednesday 25 November, as relatively few members use the branch facilities.
We recognise the importance of having access to face-to-face services and want to reassure you that this decision has not been taken lightly. However, the cost of maintaining the branch is significantly higher than the level of use it receives. By closing the branch, we can make better use of our members’ money and resources, while continuing to provide access to the services you need.
Memnbers in Stirling can continue to manage your Scotwest account online at any time, or contact our Member Services team during opening hours on 0141 227 2390.
To help make the transition as easy as possible, we will have additional staff available at the Stirling branch on the following dates to assist members with setting up or using their online accounts:
- Monday 2 November
- Tuesday 10 November
- Wednesday 18 November
