Loans can be repaid over periods of up to 7 years and you don’t have to be a saver with us first in order to apply.

Applying for A Loan

If you are already a member of Scotwest you can apply for a loan using online banking.

Please note from 22 May 2025 we will not be accepting loan applications from new members. Our online membership form will reflect this as soon as possible but any loan application completed on this form will not be processed. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Processing time for loans is currently eleven working days.

Every loan application is carefully and individually assessed; decisions are based on a range of factors, always considering your income and expenditure and ability to repay.
